Oops, make that "startkde &"

Also, if you reference a desktop that isn't installed, vncserver will 
either call the box's default or give you a desktop-less grey screen in 
the vncviewer (I've forgotten which, but it's a good thing to check if 
you are using a non-standard desktop and having problems).
