UEFI can address 4TB.
If you are using BIOS, that could be a problem.
With 512-byte sectors, 2TB is about the maximum representable offset.

BTW all the documentation I've seen about BIOS
boot sequences assume 512-byte logical sectors.
How is BIOS supposed to handle 1024-byte or larger logical sectors?
