Hi, Let us suppose, you have PHP4 RPM installation, PHP5 source installation. you type "php -v" you should get only one output like
PHP5, The PHP Group, Let us start the apache, and put some php function in a file "phpinfo()" in index.php. you will get only PHP5(suppose). I am trying to explain that your output is one (PHP4 or PHP5). The question of running both in parallel seems to be difficult in this scenario. It also says when u will get to know that which version is now u running....
