A homepage has now been created for you. I'm not too sure what has
happened with the wiki.centos.org/fr/ pages, so I would prefer to wait

I'm sorry. I thought it was buttons to edit pages when I go in a french
page which doesn't exist.
with "?action=edit", I can create the howto page.
