Summary: configure fix for building on freebsd
Initial Comment:
The configure scripts under src/gcc and src/gcc-4.4.0 incorrectly use ${target}
when trying to locate libgmp and libmpfr on freebsd hosts. I moved the check
to a different case which checks ${host} instead. Patch attached, it was made
against r1444.
