When run on windows, the ar program fails to generate a valid archive file. This does not happen all the time. The error is: arm-mingw32ce-gcc -o binary.exe src/console/console_win32.o src/console/CommandLineToArgvW.o -L. -lfoo -lbar -lloaderfs ./libloaderfs.a: file not recognized: File format not recognized collect2: ld returned 1 exit status mingw32-make: *** [ucvm-console.exe] Error 1 On linux the same makefile compiling the same binary from the same sources, the same libs and the same flags works fine.
