You might be hitting the same issue I'm working on right now, see the
other thread on the mailing list.
Windows Mobile 6.1 and higher (6.1.4, 6.5) appear to have stricter rules
about the executable and DLL format. The stuff we build doesn't always
run on these yet, especially with DLLs.
