I've checked it with CeGCC version 0.59.1 but the problem is still there.

Does arm mingw32ce windres define any macros which one could use to identify it?

I could add something like:

#if defined(UNDER_MINGW32_WINDRES) && (MINGW32_WINDRES_VERSION < 0592)
,
#endif
