UNDER_CE has low value. If I understand well I think it should
normally contain the version of windows ce if compiled with MS tools.
There is lot of source code out there with features that are only in >
6.0.

I was reading somewhere that you are discouraging to link against
"modern" features like aygshell, but if there is already source code,
one would "want" to have it.

obviously one can redefine -DUNDER_CE=0x600, but it results in
hundreds of annoying warnings....

so.. now the question... should the UNDER_CE not go into some "global
header file", so that one can overwrite it?
