On my system, 
  5431708 bytes for /opt/mingw32ce/arm-mingw32ce/lib/libstdc++-6.dll
   891904 bytes for /opt/mingw32ce/arm-mingw32ce/lib/device/libstdc
++-6.dll.stripped

I'd say use the latter.
