I haven't examined what you've changed elsewhere, but looking at
/cegcc/trunk/cegcc/src I presume you want to make corresponding target names
available in any or all of gcc, mingw, w32api and newlib. You'd really better
consult with someone who knows what's been changed in your SVN better than I
do, I only took a cursory look.
