The GDB in our tree is very broken -- it was a very ugly/crud hack. I've contributed a proper Windows CE gdbserver/gdb port upstream over a year now. Unfortunatelly, I've been without CE access for a while now, and haven't been able test it for a few months. Danny, are you willing to give it a try? If it's still working, my inclination is to just remove the GDB from trunk, and provide source/binary tarballs of GDB/gdbserver. I'm certainly not going to be going any GDB work in our trunk. gdbserver usage in Windows CE is exactly the same as on other targets.
