That all depends on what your environment is (are you working on a Linux
PC ?), and which version (which exact file) of cegcc you downloaded.
Give us detailed questions and we may be able to help.

I hope I'm not understanding this right. If you're really working with
VS2005 then you should not address us. Cegcc is a programming
environment that's basically a competitor to Visual whatever. Except
that we have no intention to compete of course.
