I found codeproject to be interesting. You might be interested in http://www.codeproject.com/KB/mobile/ Also the "Boling book" - "Programming Microsoft Windows CE .NET", 3d edition, "Now covers Pocket PC and Smartphone" is interesting. I believe it's technically out of print but I was able to get one via Amazon anyway, in the "as good as new" (or what's it called) category.
