I've created and uploaded cegcc 0.51.0 . There are the four types of binary distributions which I created for 0.50 also : two RPM and two tar images.
Get it at https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=173455 These are all binary distributions for use on an x86 based linux system. Ideally we would distribute source but people tend to use the binaries; also the source is prohibitively large, please use SVN to grab it. A quick summary of the ChangeLog files : these are changes since 0.50 : * src/mingw : add lots of functions missing in mingw to make the environment more usable. * src/w32api/include : add some include files, add missing definitions and fix quite a few inacurracies in existing ones. * Documentation enhancements, including a FAQ. * tools/rshd : bug fixes related mostly to closedown. * newlib/libc/sys/wince : cleanup in diagnostic printing. * importlibs : add toolhelp, remove icmplib. About the binaries for Linux : * You can install the standard 0.51.0 using tar or rpm as you choose. * The fifth file contains optional C++ DLL's for mingw32ce. If you like to test and use the C++ DLL's then put that separate tar file on top of the standard distribution. Patches, comments, bug reports, .. welcomed.
