some months ago Erik van Pienbroek wrote about compiling wxWinCE with
arm-wince-mingw32ce

Erik, or anybody else, could you please outline how to change the configure
script for mingw32ce? If some function references are missing in the end, I'll
be able to fix those. But I have no idea where to start using either the MinGW
configure script or the WinCE project.
