I took a quick look at codeblocks, I didn't know of it. It looks like it
can currently only generate GUI code for wxWindows or Qt, not for the
Windows API.

I think this means that no apps with a GUI can be built with cegcc.

Another application model it has is "console". This might be usable, but
console applications are hardly the more obvious choice on PDAs or
smartphones.

So until someone writes a plugin so codeblocks can handle the Windows
API, I don't think there's much to expect from using cegcc and
codeblocks together.
