Looking at this, the order of HAVE_POLL_H and HAVE_SYS_POLL_H is
inconsistent,
so that if we have both (it does depend on the autoconf version as
to whether it will set
both) then in some files we'll #include <poll.h>, and in others
#include <sys/poll.h>.
I *think* the correct ordering is to always prefer the #include
<poll.h>, so the check for
HAVE_POLL_H should always come first.
