I took a look at the program you linked and this would be wonderful to 
integrate into CDE and would really define a 2.3.0 release, the only thing 
holding it back would be that it doesn't seem to have a license and was never 
officially sent as a patch, meaning we can't assume its MIT licensed. The only 
way we could know for sure is by contacting Antonis, so if you are reading 
Antonis, please let us know.

Also, this reminds me about the licensing of the icons and such, could we bump 
their licenses to CC-BY-SA-4.0? That license is compatible with the gpl, making 
the code more portable and easy to integrate.

If we are also still looking to migrate to the MIT license, the only code that 
seems to be directly blocking that progress is the btree_berkeley stuff, the 
rest we own or is put under the compatible NTP license.
