Ok, I had to revert
0001-Remove-duplicated-code-replace-csh-with-sh.patch
This causes a syntax error followed by a coredump when installing CDE via:
admin/IntegTools/dbTools/installCDE -s `pwd`
Please test building, installing, and running CDE before submitting patches.
