Yes this is it! The almost obvious. Both your solutions work. But it is not enough for LTSP to have the folder /usr/dt/config/xfonts/el_GR.UTF-8 installed locally. It needs to have this folder in X FontPath (in it's local xorg.conf)
Now both my old fonts and Eugene setup work. However, since Eugene's fonts are more complete, I want to ask for one more glitch. Using DtStyle I try to decrease the font size from #4 say to #3. The preview on DtStyle (next to the selection) scales down properly. So I OK and exit. Login again, but the desktop is again in #4 size. It means that for some reason it does not save the font size selection. Is this a CDE bug? Does it work for you? Can I force a smaller font writing some file in my ~/.dt/ directory?
