1) We cannot just grab openmotif headers and include in our tree, at
least not the currently available (non LGPL'd versions).

and 2), I'd prefer to keep these in the imports/motif structure, even
if only one module needs them...

I propose that I take those header from the LGPL motif I have, add the
appropriate license headers, and put them in imports/motif/include/

Then, for DtWidgets, you would just add something like (for all OS's):

EXTRA_INCLUDES = -I$(TOP)/imports/motif/include

Does that sound ok?
