Applied - and regarding the Imakefile patches. In the future could
you, when a patch is rejected and you fix it, or provide a fix,
include the all of relevant patches that need to be applied in one
email?

The reason it took me so long is that I delete rejected patches (which
includes your original Imakefile patch that disabled dtmial), so I
had to go hunt it down again.

I don't want to hunt down rejected patches anymore. Assume that once
they are rejected, they are deleted :)

Thanks.
