I have a CD still in the original shrink wrap of 5765-393 AIX 4.1.4 for Clients, LCD4-0114-00. Can't be that hard to find. I have no use for it myself anymore, got rid of my RS/6000 systems a few years back. Don't have any 4.1.5 CDs although there are other list members here that have some.
