Hi I have an interesting ligand complex where the ligand is covalently bonded to two residues. I’ve used the Make Covalent Link tool in ccp4i2 lots for covalent ligands where there’s a bond to one side chain. But I’m struggling to make the correct restraints to two residues – any suggestions on the best way to proceed? I can make the individual links – but obviously that doesn’t take account of the whole environment of the central bonded atom. Currently my ligand and environs are not looking too pretty!
