I discovered recently that real chemists - the hardcore process types - know and love isocratic solvents. The one I learnt it from, had no trouble quickly demonstrating why.
So... we've been missing a trick. (I'm aware this is a slightly more vague answer than you needed.) What steps do you take to get the compound into the minimal DMSO (2-5%)? If soaking do you try to get it dissolved into the crystallization reservoir solution? Thank you! Asking for a friend, Gloria ________________________________ To unsubscribe from the CCP4BB list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/WA-JISC.exe?SUBED1=CCP4BB&A=1 ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the CCP4BB list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/WA-JISC.exe?SUBED1=CCP4BB&A=1 This message was issued to members of www.jiscmail.ac.uk/CCP4BB, a mailing list hosted by www.jiscmail.ac.uk, terms & conditions are available at https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/policyandsecurity/
