Dear Jon,
What do you mean exactly by 'missing graphics in REFMAC results'? Do you
mean missing plots, etc.? If so, do the other tasks (not only REFMAC)
provide you such graphics in results? I'm just trying to find you
whether there's a problem only in the REFMAC task or more generally in
the whole i2. BTW you can try to use the new Servalcat task for
refinement - if anything wasn't working well there, let me directly know
please.
