Instead of investing effort on getting thing to run on an old CUDA version, you should update your OS. CentOS7 is end-of-life (i.e. not secure) and should no longer be used.
We have AF3 running on Ubuntu without a problem.

Hi everyone,

We're planning to install an AlphaFold 3 server on our local workstation, which runs on CentOS 7. Our system supports Nvidia CUDA versions up to 12.2, but the AlphaFold 3 installation requires at least CUDA 12.6.

Has anyone successfully installed AlphaFold 3 on a system with an older CUDA version? If so, could you share your experience or any workarounds you used?

Additionally, we're looking for free resources or servers where we can access the AlphaFold 3 local version. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!
