Dear all, We would like to inform you that the rolling call for proposals for beamtime at MX beamline P11, PETRA III is open.
Proposals to beamlines participating in the rolling procedure can be submitted exclusively via this new access route. Submission is possible at any time without a deadline. More information regarding this new proposal type and procedure is compiled on the webpage: https://photon-science.desy.de/users_area/calls__deadlines/rolling_proposal_submission Preparation guidelines and current templates for 'rolling procedure proposals' can be found here: https://photon-science.desy.de/users_area/user_guide/select_the_proposal_type/index_eng.html All proposals have to be submitted via https://door.desy.de Beamline P11 is a versatile beamline dedicated to protein crystallography (sample changer in unipuck format), also providing a serial crystallography setup with tapedrive. We offer various focusing modes with beam size from 5 x 10 um (flux 1 × 10^13 ph/s at 12 keV at the sample position) to 200 x 200 um. Broad energy range from 5.5 - 28 keV and Eiger2 X 16M detector. Fast sample changer cycle (20 s) with storage capacity for 23 unipucks (368 samples) and remote access.
