Hi Dale, First off, there is a Phenix mailing list for Phenix-specific questions. We can investigate the issue if we manage to reproduce it. For this, we need the input files you used to make Table 1. Would you mind sharing them? If you choose to send us the files, please send them to me directly (not the mailing list).
