Dear All, I want to use voidoo cavity volume tool (Uppsala software facility) to determine cavity volume around a specific set of residues (G.J. Kleywegt & T.A. Jones (1994)). Unfortunately, I don't have the cavity.lib file that is required for this tool. I tried downloading the files from the FTP link provided on the USF server, but that didn't work. Please let me know if anyone has this file.
