Our group focuses on understanding how 3D genome organisation contributes to various aspects of genome function and how signalling pathways control signal processing on enhancers. We have excellent access to state-of-the-art structural biology technologies including a Krios cryo-EM microscope equipped with Falcon 3EC and GATAN K3 detector as well as the Diamond and ESRF Synchrotrons.
