Hi folks I was wondering if anyone on ccp4bb could give me a hand with some queries I have about HHBlits and HHSearch?
The “issues” page on github (https://github.com/soedinglab/hh-suite/issues) seems to be completely moribund and no-one has answered any queries for quite some time - this may be associated with the project losing funding (which is a huge loss to the community at large).
