Hii Everyone!! Cell has many types of RNA but the major ones are rRNA, tRNA, and mRNA, rRNA, and tRNA other small RNA contains the secondary Str and 3D str but incase of mRNA the UTR region contains secondary Str but the translational region contains no secondary str. In my case, I want to predict the mRNA's 3D str, which are transitional regions (without UTR). Please suggest to me how I can achieve the 3D str of mRNA without its secondary str.
