Please have a look at the figures. Protein was purified in PBS buffer (137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 8 mM Na2HPO4, and 2 mM KH2PO4) and the crystallisation condition has 0.1 M BIS-TRIS pH 5.5, 2.0 M ammonium sulfate. Any ideas what this could be? I tried SO4 and PO4 but didn’t satisfy the observed electron density. I appreciate any help you can provide.
