Hello all! I am trying to run blend on some datasets, and it keeps getting stuck at:
>>>>> Input command lines <<<<< I have tried running it using ccp4-7.0 and ccp4-7.1 on terminal. I run: blend -aDO . I have also tried creating a .dat file with complete path to each INTEGRATE.HKL and it still gives me the same error. I did attempt to run it on my local via the interface but that gives a R dependency error (I do have R installed on my system), and when I tried it on ccp4 remote, I don't see even see blend listed as one of the jobs. Has someone seen this error before or know what's going on?
