Hey all, In early June I had a similar experience with a recent, working install (at least acedrg and Refmac had worked a few times) of CCP4-8.0 on a WINDOWS 10 i7 evo core vPRO Lenovo laptop. Not sure how or if related to the Linux event, but coincidently, it occurred a few hours after a Windows update was rolled out by our IT support team. Shortly after the update, I witnessed weird screen refreshing and the LOSS OF ALL THE WINDOWS RIBBON FUNCTION along the bottom of the screen including the SEARCH PORT. Also, all the desktop CCP4 icons suddenly disappeared and all the CCP4 database folders now appeared on the desktop. I didn't know then or now what logs or how to search any or particular log files then or now, so I can't link any info or clues to "jenkins" or know what really happened. It took the IT guys a few hours to roll back to a working version, but CCP4-8.0 and database was hosed. I'm still trying to fix the problem by reinstalling CCP-8.0, but the uninstaller is not working; seemingly because the database got hosed and prevents the uninstaller from completing. Rob
