Not sure if this is a PDBe bug or a Coot bug (or a combination thereof)... I'm using the latest WinCoot in CCP4 8.0. When I try to 'Fetch PDB using Accession Code', I do not get any models so I guess the target URL is wrong. When I use Fetch PDB & Map using EDS, I sometimes get a map (1cbs, 3fvl), sometimes I don't (1ctn, 1lee and many more). All of these maps used to be available and PDB-REDO versions of all these entries exist. Does anyone know what is going on?
