Dear Sayan, I argree with Eleanor that P222 and C2 cannot been reindexed from each other and I wonder how did you get these two results at the same time. You may want to look into your data processing steps.
First, let's check how many points are indexed for each spacegroup. Are they like 40% and 30%? or over 80%? You could check if there are multiple lattices with DIALS(dials.index multiple_lattices=3), or even by inspecting points on the images. I would also check the following to see if there are any luck: 1. Make sure your MR solution is correct.(model matches the map, no ghost electron density around) 2. Are there any other problems indicated? (such as twinning, tNCS) Hope this can be helpful.
