Basic Requirements: * PhD in structural biology, biophysics, biochemistry, chemistry, or other relevant field; post-doctoral experience is preferred. * Masters with 6+ years or Bachelors with 10+ years of relevant experience preferably in an industrial, drug discovery setting are also encouraged to apply. Additional Preferred Skills : * Experience in protein crystallography including crystallization, diffraction data processing, structure determination and analysis. Experience with construct design, protein expression and purification. * Experience determining structures by cryo-EM will be a plus. * Ability to lead several structural biology projects in parallel, flexibility to work in an environment with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines, strong interpersonal, written & oral communication, problem-solving skills and capability to prioritize. * Partner closely with biologists, biophysicists, biochemists, structural biologists and medicinal chemists to develop integrative approaches to enable targets and address specific project needs * Experience in structure based drug design will be a plus. * Experience in a scripting language is advantageous. Familiarity with other biophysical methods (E.g., MS, bioNMR, SPR, ITC, etc.) would be helpful. * Present and publish scientific findings in the broader scientific community.
