Hi Pavel, what I meant is, that the crystal hotel usually has a computer attached to it and it has the software on it. This software is not a browser/flash based program. So if you can physically go to the location where your crystals are stored, you can use the local computer that is hosting the webserver and look at it there. At least that is the way it is setup in our facility.
