Dear all,
A postdoctoral research position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Wei Mi at Yale University School of Medicine. The research projects will focus on the biochemical and structural studies of membrane proteins. The applicants should hold a recent PhD degree in a relevant field with a structural biology background. Strong background in molecular cloning, expression, and purification of protein complexes is essential. The candidate should be highly motivated for career development using structural biology approaches. Experience in membrane protein purification or single particle cryo-EM would be a plus but not required. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and years of experience according to NIH guidelines. Yale University is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for structural biology, including a Titan Krios with phase plate, energy filter, and K3 direct detectors, two Glacios microscopes with K2 detectors, Talos L120C, and T12 microscopes. The research program integrates cryo-EM and biochemical approaches. The environment fosters interactions with other world-renowned groups in the membrane protein and cryo-EM field. The position remains open until filled. To inquire about the position, please send a brief letter of interest, a CV, and the names of three references to Dr. Wei Mi *(wei...@yale.edu <wei...@yale.edu>).* Best regards, Wei Mi Assistant Professor Department of Pharmacology Yale University School of Medicine 333 Cedar Street, SHMB 251A New Haven, CT 06520 ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the CCP4BB list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/WA-JISC.exe?SUBED1=CCP4BB&A=1 This message was issued to members of www.jiscmail.ac.uk/CCP4BB, a mailing list hosted by www.jiscmail.ac.uk, terms & conditions are available at https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/policyandsecurity/
