Dear all, I am trying to solve a data with 3 A resolution, however data quality is very bad and mathews coffi. suggest two molecules per ASU but It always gives one molecule in AU after phaser with the TFZ and RFZ score are 4.5 and 3.5 respectively with LLG gain 121. And when I used that model for Refmac the final R/Rfee is 23/30 and with satisfactory Ramachandran statistics as well as electron density and model in agreement with each other in coot. Does It mean that I have correct solution? Please suggest,
