Halic lab is looking for highly motivated PhD and postdoctoral candidates interested in cryo-EM of chromatin complexes. We combine functional studies on the systemic level with genetic, biochemical and structural approaches. The successful applicant will join a vibrant community at Department of Structural Biology, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which provides access to state-of-the-art integrated structural approaches comprising cryo-electron microscopy and tomography (Titan Krios, Talos Arctica and Talos L120C ), X-ray crystallography and biomolecular NMR.
