I’m running Pointless on a large number of datasets, just to search for higher symmetry (the only options I’m inputting are xdsin XDS_ASCII.HKL and SETTING SYMMETRY-BASED). I’ve noticed that after the symmetry search, it pauses for a few seconds after the “Filename:” output, then ends normally with the pointless references. I don’t know why it’s doing that and it’s making a batch run of pointless much longer than it should be.
Any suggestions?
