Hi David,

            Thank you so much for the reply. I tried giving
/usr/local/bin/Rscript as a path. Still it so showing Dependency error:
BLEND requires R. If I type R in terminal it is showing as the program is
running, showing the current version. I tried looking for .exe files, but
could not find either in usr/bin or usr/local/bin. Can someone please
explain it to me? what is going wrong here, and blend to run in ccp4.
