Postdoctoral Position in Membrane Transport The laboratory is seeking a highly motivated individual for a postdoctoral fellow position in the field of protein structural biology. The individual will join a research team studying the structure and function of ABC transporters. Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the art facilities for x-ray crystallography, cryo-EM and protein biochemistry research. We are approximately an hour drive to Argonne National labs (APS).
An ideal applicant would be highly motivated with strong analytical skills and enjoy working independently as well as in a collaborative environment. A strong background in structural biology, protein expression and biochemistry is a plus. The position requires a Ph.D. in a related field and less than one year of postdoctoral experience.
