If you have loaded a dictionary for RPI:
Centre on our ARG.
Entensions -> Modelling -> Replace Residue
RPI
Mutate
If you do not have a dictionary, then you can make one using this mmcif
file and acedrg
http://files.rcsb.org/ligands/download/RPI.cif
Build and refine both hypotheses and compare the residue strain. It
should be a clear answer.
