Dear colleagues,

One postdoctoral position is available in the area of structural bioinformatics
immediately in the lab of Daisuke Kihara at Department of Biological Sciences
and Computer Science at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA.
The primary area sought is the development of computational methods for
protein-protein docking modeling. Programming experience in C++ is a plus.

The group is highly interdisciplinary. Taking advantage of the PIs joint
appointment between Dept. of Biological Sciences and Computer Science, the
group holds students and postdocs with a biology background, computer science
background, and other areas such as statistics.

Purdue University has one of the largest international student populations in
US universities. The highly international and safe city will provide
comfortable academic life for domestic and international researchers. The
university has a strong collaborative atmosphere and the PI group has several
