Dear all, NCCAT has a quarterly call for general user proposal (GUP) and cross-training proposal (TP) access categories. The next application deadline is April 1, 2019 for 2019’s scheduling cycle3 (2019-C3).
Apply now: http://nccat.nysbc.org/proposalcentral/ . For more information visit nccat.nysbc.org<http://nccat.nysbc.org> . The GUP1 early access program supports single particle cryoEM data collection on one of our existing Titan Krios instruments using a Gatan K2 direct-electron detector. The GUP2 program allows limited use of Chameleon (the commercialized version of Spotiton). The TP1 program focuses on embedded research cross-training and TP2 program centers around facility manager cross-training. When the NCCAT wing at NYSBC completes construction (expected the summer of 2019) the scope of these access classes will be expanded. NCCAT is committed to an open and transparent application process to ensure equal-opportunity nationwide access. For more information please sign up for our next general information video conference session on March 22 @2pm EST by emailing nccati...@nysbc.org<mailto:nccati...@nysbc.org> .
